Upgrade by drawing lots will be available for members who have applied for "All Seats Reserved" at E.L.F-JAPAN Fastest Advance or E.L.F-JAPAN Second Advance, and have been selected and paid for the tickets.
If you apply for and receive an upgrade from "All Reserved Seats" at by drawing lots, you will be charged the difference of ¥10,000 (tax included) per ticket.
E.L.F-JAPAN Those who have purchased "All Seats Reserved" tickets through any other channels than the Fastest Advance or E.L.F-JAPAN 2nd Advance cannot apply for "Premium Seats".
