*New members must have enrolled (i.e., made a payment) at E.L.F-JAPAN within the application period and been issued a membership number.
If you choose to pay at a convenience store or by payment slip, please note that you may not receive your membership number in time if you make your payment too close to the deadline.
It takes time for us to confirm your payment, so please allow enough time for us to process your enrollment and make your payment.
 
How to Receive Tickets
*A smartphone that is compatible with the "AnyPASS" smartphone application is required to receive the order.
Only the terminal with the cell phone number registered in the Mobile Phone Number (AnyPASS Ticketing) field of the customer information when applying will be able to receive tickets.
(Ticket information is tied to the cell phone number at the time of purchase.)
Please do not change/cancel your cell phone number until the performance date, as you will not be able to receive tickets with another cell phone number.
There is no problem to change the phone model with the same phone number.
*Each person must have one ticket for admission to this performance, so please use AnyPASS to distribute tickets to accompanying persons.
Please note that tickets for the applicant's portion cannot be distributed or transferred to another person.
When the accompanying person picks up the ticket, the accompanying person must also download AnyPASS and register (free of charge) to use the service.
When applying, please make sure that all participants in the event have a smartphone with the following compatible OS and SMS authentication.
*It may take some time to enter the venue if you arrive undistributed.
Please be sure to distribute tickets, register your companion's AnyPASS and receive tickets before you arrive.
*If you purchase multiple tickets for the same performance date and time under the same name and phone number, one ticket will always remain in your possession for each purchaser.
Any tickets remaining on hand can only be used by the purchaser.
Please note that another person will not be allowed to use or enter.
*Only if the accompanying person is a minor and does not have a compatible smartphone, he/she may enter the venue on the day of the performance upon presenting identification and providing his/her name and contact information. The applicant and all accompanying persons must be present at the door.
If you do not present your ID, you may not be admitted if you are not a minor. Please understand this in advance.

Admission Process
(1) Please be sure to register your AnyPASS, issue tickets, and distribute them to your companions in advance, and come to the entrance with the QR code displayed on your smartphone screen.
(2) Digital tickets will be confirmed at the entrance. Please present the QR code to the staff in person.
 
Notes when applying for a ticket
No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be made for any reason after tickets have been purchased. Please understand this in advance.
